Refund policy

We offer a 14 day return policy, If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or refund, your item(s) must be unused, and in the same condition you received it, including in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@summar.co.uk and provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to process your return and issue your refund once we receive the returned item. However we will not be able to pay for the return delivery. Make sure to get a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us (and keep hold of it in case the delivery goes missing).

Shipping fees for returns are the customer's responsibility, and we recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure safe and timely delivery.

Cancellations

We dispatch orders quickly so it is not always possible for us to prevent a planned delivery from taking place. If we are unable to cancel your order whilst it is in transit, please refuse delivery and ask the driver to return to the sender. Once the goods have arrived back into our warehouse, we aim to process any refund due within 5 working days.
